ASI has recently been making big changes revolving around customer service. ASI's reputation in the machine concept and building areas is well established as a leader in the industry. Now, the focus is not only on being the best machine builders, but also becoming the best business associates to work with. It is Automation Specialist's goal to set the customer service "Bar" by which others will be measured. Some Services ASI Provides Brainstorming & Concept Development The team at ASI are the most experienced in the area. Most of them have made their entire careers, from in High School till present, in the specialty machine industry. There is no substitute for this level of experience. That is why, when it comes to Brainstorming and Concept development, The team at ASI will know not only what will work, but what will work best. That is what separates ASI from the others - the knowledge of the best way given their years of experience.
It begins in the conference room with the white board. Once a concept is established, the designers take over utilizing Pro E and/or AutoCad to build 3-d drawings for approval and building applications.
To keep projects on track and on budget ASI utilizes MS Project to manage the many machines being built at any given time.
Before shipment, many companies prefer to do a practice run-off to make sure everything is working properly. ASI is more than willing to accommodate these needs and provide any means necessary to insure a properly functioning machine before it is shipped out to the plant.
Given the elaborate nature of the machines ASI builds for clients, sometimes installation and first time start up ca be a daunting task. That is why ASI is willing to come to the job site and help get your new equipment up and running. Troubleshooting Support & Maintenance Every once in a while a machine is tampered with or a part fails causing it to not do its job properly.
